I have trained with another trainer and was less than satisfied with the results. Since I have been working out many years and my main source of physical fitness is now running, I did not feel it was necessary to hire another personal trainer. However, after reading different running related literature, I learned that there were a lot of different exercises that strengthened the "core stability muscles" that would help with performance and avoid injury. While I would try to do many of these specialized exercises on my own, I would notice that one of your personal trainers, Nilo Lins, was showing his clients how to do many of the very exercises that I was reading about. So I decided that I would sign up for a block of 12 sessions with Nilo to see if he could help me accomplish my goal of improving performance and getting rid of most of the aches and pains that many runners get used to living with. I wanted to write you to let you know that Nilo did help me accomplish this. Not only am I running more miles than I ever have, but I am running them virtually pain free! In the past I have spent a lot of money on chiropractors and deep tissue massages to help with running injuries and feel that the money spent hiring Nilo was much better spent. I appreciated Nilo's professionalism and his desire to keep up-to-date with the latest technology in physical fitness. Although my 12 sessions are now complete, I intend to use Nilo again in the future and will refer anyone who I think would also benefit from his expertise. I usually work my legs pretty hard before my annual ski trip however I only had a month to get ready. Nilo assured me that I could make significant gains in strength, endurance & balance. We booked 10 sessions, 3 each week. Unfortunately we only had time for 7 sessions before my trip, and I was a bit skeptical as to how much stronger my legs could get in that short time.
I was very surprised at the results. I can say that I never skied better and my legs didn't start to tire until late in the afternoon. I was very impressed with the results I got from the workouts he developed. I will definitely be training with Nilo before my next ski trip.

As a cancer survivor I know what it's like to be out of shape and exhausted. Five years ago I started working out with Nilo and today I'm in better shape then I was twenty years ago. There is no question that I owe this to Nilo's expertise and understanding in the field of Personal Training. In addition to feeling fit and healthy I have the energy to chase my twin five year old grandchildren around the playground and spending two hours a week with Nilo has enabled me to do just that.
